Our Ultimate Wylie, Texas Staycation Itinerary
Day 1
Check in to Olde House at 3pm and take your time to explore the property! Unpack your bags and get dressed for a nice dinner in Downtown Wylie. After dinner, head back to Olde House, light the fireplace, and pull out some of our complimentary board games for some quality time with your friends or family.
Day 2
If you’re a golfer, head over to Woodbridge for 18 holes today. Golf, not your thing? Swing by the main strip in Wylie to check out all the incredible boutiques! Before heading back to Olde House hit up the grocery store for some fresh ingredients. Sip some wine, play some music, and spend the evening cooking up a 5-star meal in our commercial-grade kitchen.
Day 3
The Texas heat calls for a day on the water. Head over to Woody’s On The Lake to rent a boat and spend your day sailing Lake Lavon. After soaking up the sun, head back to Olde House and fire up the grill! Pull out your lawn games or relax with a book in the gazebo as you watch the sunset from our private yard.
Day 4
Pack up your car and head down to Dallas for the day! Whether you want to hit up the Nasher Sculpture Center or the Dallas Zoo, there’s truly something for everyone! From fine dining at Mercat Bistro to kid-friendly Dallas Grilled Cheese Co., the food and attractions in Dallas are sure to wow. After you’ve had your fill of the city, hop in your car and head back to Wylie for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Day 5
After four days of activities, you deserve a spa and relaxation day to wrap up your trip. You can start your morning with some yoga at AhhhMazing Life or grab a book off our bookshelf and stay in bed a little longer. After breakfast, it’s time for a massage! Head to one of the several spas around Wylie, or you can even call in a mobile masseuse to bring the massage right to Olde House. Grab some takeout from a local spot for dinner, and then spend your night soaking in our gorgeous clawfoot bathtub before heading to bed nice and early.
Day 6
